My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were clean and offered good value for the price. On the other hand, the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired and really put a damper on the experience. While the location in the charming village of Baccarat is appealing, my interactions with staff made everything else feel less enjoyable than it should have been.
